Class I to X.
ADMISSION PROCESS
Age : Age should be between 5 .5 to 6.5
Application forms are to be filled in and submitted to the Administrative Office within 3 working days from issue of the form.
Child should attend prior oral interview along with parents.
At the time of registration, the following documents are to be submitted to the Administrative Office:
- Duly filled and signed Application Forms.
- 2 passport size colour photographs of the child
- Xerox Adhar copy of the Child.
- Proof of Date of Birth (Issued by Municipal Corporation or any authorized competent authority).
- Original Transfer Certificate or school leaving certificate issued by the previous school where the child was studying.
- Photocopy of the previous school final exam report card for class I to X.
- As fees payment is online, fees paid receipts should be attached along with the Application Form and other documents during admission.
- INCOMPLETE APPLICATION FORMS WILL BE REJECTED.
FEES PAYMENT
We collect fees online through SBI Collect. Fees should be paid in two categories. The amount is fixed for each category hence parents have to fill the other details of student. Follow the steps below for fees payment.
- Website link will be provided to parents at school, once the interview / admission / document verification is complete.
- Google the link given , select ‘Bethany Educational Society Mangalore’, Select category , enter the admission number as given in school, mention all the details of child e.i. class, date of birth, mobile number , academic year, father name etc., choose the payment mode and make payment.
- Parents those who don’t have net banking facility , have to select ‘sbi brach’ option to take challan print while selecting payment mode. Take the printout of the challan and pay by cash at any SBI Branches, and submit the receipt to school.
