2019-2020

Kargil Vijay Diwas, named after the successful operation VIJAY, is celebrated in India on 26 July. On this date in 1999, India successfully took command of the high outposts which had been lost to Pakistan. Students were dressed up as soldiers, patriotic songs were sung and drama based on sacrifices made by a soldier was enacted. Students had been to Vijay Kargil Stamba in Dharwad to Garland and Salute the soldiers of our country.
