Fancy Dress Competition(Grade 1 to 4), Patriotic Song Competition( Grade 5 to 7 ) and Historical Skit Competition( Grade 8 to 10) on the eve of Independence Day was conducted on August 10/08/2024

Fancy Dress competition was conducted at Presentation CBSE School for students of grade 1 to 4. The event showcased young boys portraying famous Indian freedom fighters such as Lokmanya Tilak, Mahatma Gandhi, Sarojini Naidu, Rani Laxmibai, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, and others. The participants captivated the audience with their creative and historically significant costumes. The winners, who successfully embodied the spirit of these iconic figures, were honoured with awards and certificates during a special assembly. This initiative not only celebrated India’s rich history but also instilled a sense of patriotism and pride among the students, fostering a deeper connection with the nation’s heroes.

An Inter-house Patriotic Song Competition was organized on 10th August 2024 Saturday to expose our students to music, while also enhancing their language and presentation skills. This was an opportunity to teach them the importance of Independence Day. The Primary students were brimming with enthusiasm and eagerness to showcase their talent.

The fact of ‘History’ and the memories of its events are inseparable forever. This proposition was reminded in Presentation CBSE School through a skit competition on “Historical Events” on 10th August 2024 in the school premises. The programme was worthy of appreciation for the students from Grade VIII to Grade X participated enthusiastically and brought to life episodes on Obavva, Prithviraj Chauhan, Tipu Sultan, Bhagat Singh, Alexander and Porus respectively.
